Rule 101
Beruzu Fachhraut Evaluation and Monitoring Committee

(1) The government of Nepal may form a committee for assessment and monitoring of illegal fraud in order to bring effectiveness in illegal illegal activities by monitoring the illegal illegal activities carried out by the office.
(2) The committee under sub-rule (1) shall have the following chairman and members:-
(a) Chief Secretary – Chairman (b) Secretary, Ministry of Finance – Member (c) Secretary, Ministry of General Administration – Member
(d) Controller General of Accounts – Member
(e) Person nominated by Nepal Government - Member - Secretary
(3) The work, duties and powers of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as follows: (a) To conduct accounting and evaluation of the activities related to undue expenditure by the ministry, secretariat, department or office,
(b) To bring the heads of ministries, secretariats or departments who have been found to be less or less defrauded to the committee and discuss with them,
(c) To instruct the relevant ministry to take action based on the assessment of the head of the office and the staff who do not commit or do not commit fraud and if it is found that no action has been taken on the instructions given in this way, to recommend to the Government of Nepal for departmental action against the accounting officer,
(d) To give necessary instructions to the concerned ministry, secretariat or department to investigate illegal fraud and to monitor whether or not action related to illegal fraud has been initiated, or whether the complaint has not been filed within the specified time or sent to the central tehsil office. > (e) To prepare the progress report of the relevant ministry, secretariat or department in relation to the work related to Beruzu Fachhryat every six months and submit the annual report to the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers and the Council of Ministers.
(4) The remuneration and benefits of the member-secretary of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
(5) The committee formed according to sub-rule (1) may organize its own procedures.
(6) The secretariat of the committee will be in the Ministry of Finance.
